In 2019, Andrew completed his undergraduate degree, majoring in English and minoring in both creative writing and history, at Mount St. Mary's University. While enrolled, he maintained a pop culture column in the university newspaper, The Mountain Echo, which has been in print since 1879. Additionally, he edited and contributed to the university's award-winning literary and arts magazine, Lighted Corners. Soon after his graduation, Andrew began working as an English and college-level essay writing tutor for Tutor.com, in which time he was voted a student-favorite tutor by over 250 students. In the last few years, Andrew wrote for Screen Rant and now works as a contract writer for two sites in the FanSided network: Mile High Sticking (covering the NHL's Colorado Avalanche) and Show Snob (covering streaming TV shows). His poetry has been published in WayWords Literary Journal, Paddler Press, Call Me [Brackets], Castagnette, Wishbone Words, and Scalar Comet Magazine.
