Raised in a small mountain town in central Colorado, I grew accustomed to frozen toes while skating on ponds in the shadow of Pike's Peak. I am a life-long hockey fan, and a day one Avalanche fan (seriously, I still have the "Break the Ice" puck). I enjoy history, hockey, writing, and podcasting. I'm not really good at any of them.
