The Avalanche social media team is doing a stellar job of making sure fans all across the world know where their trophy is. Three days ago, the team posted a teaser.

You might not find out ahead of time by checking out the Avalanche’s social media, but if you follow some reporters that cover the team, there’s a chance you will find out the info you’re looking for with time to spare.

Your captain of the Colorado Avalanche, Gabriel Landeskog, has brought the Stanley Cup to his hometown of Stockholm, Sweden.

If you didn’t get to witness the Avalanche’s parade, you might be in luck if a player from the team is from your hometown. For me, it will be Darren Helm who I am focusing on, as he is from my neck of the woods.
