The Colorado Avalanche have had a difficult week following some player injuries. We look back at the team social media of the past week.
This week the Colorado Avalanche returned to Pepsi Center after a lengthy road trip. Tyson Jost was sporting a three piece to mark the occasion.

The Great Impression was back for another week, this time with ‘Nikita Zadorov‘ being interviewed. This feature is so silly and fun. It lets the players show off their personalities a bit, and everyone loves to see the guys making fun of each other in a good natured way.
Kyle Keefe interviewed "Nikita Zadorov" and let's just say...

Vladislav Kamenenv made his first regular season NHL appearance this week and clearly he has been taking lessons from Erik Johnson on how to act when the cameras are around.
Embrace it, Kammy.

Andre Burakovsky was back on form, smirking at the camera the way he did during preseason.

With Gabriel Landeskog out indefinitely with a lower body injury, Pierre-Edouard Bellemare was given the A to wear in his absence. It’s nice to see that a new addition to the team has made such an impression in the locker room that he’s been given this a month into his first season with the team.

It’s always nice to see the media team give a shoutout to the fans
Reading our mentions right now and let’s just say:

And, of course, it wouldn’t be Halloween without the players talking about their favourite costumes. Everyone was particularly interested in Gabriel Landeskog’s favourite costume.
In honor of #HockeyHalloween, we must Ask The Avs: What was your favorite Halloween costume?#GoAvsGo https://t.co/OPKDtqWKF9

Mark Barberio and Ian Cole dressed up to visit some sick kids who were in the hospital for Halloween. One of these men has his own mustache, the other does not. I’ll let you decide which is which.
As we rolled into November it was time for another pet calendar, this time featuring Tyson Jost and Samuel.

There was a bit of drama this week when one of the Avalanche beat writers reported that Ryan Graves had arrived late for a game and been scratched as a result. Graves responded, saying he’d been told that morning that he wasn’t playing and that he had arrived on time. Of course the media team showed their support for Graves in their own fun way.
The happiest news this week is that Gabriel Landeskog’s wife gave birth to a baby girl.
We have a new addition to the Avalanche family to announce...

Congrats to Melissa and @GabeLandeskog92 on the birth of their daughter! #GoAvsGo https://t.co/j82P8EpTN6
It’s fun to see the players having a bit of banter with the media team during warmups.

Although I comment on the players’ suits a lot, the coach often gets overlooked. Very nice plum outfit here.

The Colorado Avalanche are on the road for one more game before heading back to Denver to finish the week with a couple of games at home. We’ll be back next week with more team social media highlights.
