Duncan Siemens Would Like To Show You His Van

Duncan Siemens has a pretty good future ahead of him.

Hell, he was already the 11th overall pick in the 2011 NHL Draft. He projects as a top-pairing defenseman for the Avs; a big kid with a physical game. Something the Avalanche desperately need. But can we talk about his look a minute? I know it’s not something that normally requires discussion, but sometimes, there are team photos that are so horrendous they just need to be pointed out.

Then there’s Siemens’ picture. Whatever you do, DON’T LET HIM SHOW YOU HIS VAN:

I mean, c’mon. Is that why his game is so hyped? Forwards are afraid to get within 50 feet of him? Oh God, I looked at the picture. Right in the eyes. I feel like he can see into my soul.

If you need to study this picture, if you need to get an idea of just how bad and creepy it is, I advise you not look him in the eyes. I can’t be responsible for what happens next.
