The Avs traded a 6th round draft pick to Carolina for……wait for it…..Stephane Yelle!
Though he’s not nearly the player he used to be for us, he will be a valuable 4th-liner who can kill penalties and take face-offs. Plus, I mean, come on! It’s Yeller!
Stephane Yelle returns to the city of Denver, where he won two Stanley Cups
Looks like Peter Mueller will be available for tonight’s game vs Anaheim.
And if you’ll all turn your attention towards our schedule….
We’re playing Phoenix TOMORROW NIGHT! If Wolski plays like a true former Avalanche player, I expect he’ll have at least a two point night.
