Here’s a little story I found while browsing for Avs news. CBC is running a feature on Wojtek Wolski this month about his work with underprivileged children. Truly a heartwarming story, and it’s things like this that puts this whole game in perspective.

By the way, Pittsburgh just beat Calgary, so now the Flames have finally caught up to us with Games Played, so we don’t have to worry about that right now. The interesting thing is, 47 games into this season, the Flames and Avs have identical 26-15-6 records. That’s pretty incredible in itself. Let’s hope the Avs can pull away in this upcoming homestand.
